Danny Mitchell " A Little More Fight"

Went last week to my friend Danny Michell's cd release concert. It was amazing. He was joined by a great group of musicians including Devin Belle ( http://www.myspace.com/devinbelle) singing with him. I feel very lucky to have such good friends who make such great music. Sara Watkins

Went last night on the spur of the moment ( and after finally buying her new cd) I went and saw Sara Watkins at The Majestic in Madison. Sat front row. It was great. A good solid night of entertainment. From laughs to music. Sara has a voice that will bring out every range of emotion. One song can make you want to get up and stomp your feet and dance, the next can make you want to cry. Her voice is one of the most amazing I have heard. With her brother Sean playing guitar and singing harmony it was truly a concert I feel blessed to have been to. I hope Sara decides to come back soon! We were allowed to take photos so I brought in my big camera but only snapped a few in fear of annoying the performers or those around me. So last Friday my friend Sam could not use his tickets for the Brewer game so I bought them from him. 19 rows behind home plate. Great seats. I made this photo really quick before the game started. Sorry i lopped off the beer guys arm.. I have other photos from the night as well I will be posting soon.
